Calculate the machining cost according to the quantity, size, accuracy requirements of the parts, etc.;

1. Drilling

The depth-to-diameter ratio is not more than 2.5 times and the diameter is less than 25MM according to the drill diameter*0.05;

The diameter of the drill is 25-60 according to the diameter of the drill bit * 0.12 (small hole not less than 0.5 yuan).

The base price for general materials with a depth-to-diameter ratio greater than 2.5*depth-to-diameter ratio*0.4 is charged.

If the aperture accuracy requirement is less than 0.1MM or the center distance requirement is less than 0.1MM, the base price*5 will be charged. u

The charging standard for tapping is charged according to the diameter of the tap *0.2 (cast iron as the standard, and steel parts *1.2).

In batch machining, the standard base price*0.2-0.8 is charged (according to batch size and machining difficulty).

Commonly used equipment for machining

The machinery required for machining consists of digital display milling machine, digital display forming grinder, digital display lathe, electric discharge machine, grinder, machining center, laser welding, middle-travel common machinery (3) wire, fast wire, slow wire, cylindrical grinder , Internal grinders, precision lathes, etc., which can process precision parts such as turning, milling, planing, and grinding. Such machines are good at turning, milling, planing, and grinding precision parts, and can process various irregular-shaped parts. The machining accuracy can reach 2μm.

Technical requirements for machining

Heat treatment of parts: 1. After quenching and tempering, HRC50~55.

2. Medium carbon steel: 45 or 40Cr parts are subjected to high frequency quenching and tempered at 350~370℃.

3. The carburizing depth is 0.3mm.

4. Carry out high temperature aging treatment.

Technical requirements after finishing

1. The finished parts shall not be placed directly on the ground when they are placed. Aerospace parts manufacturers shall take necessary support and protection measures.

2. The machined surface is not allowed to have defects such as rust, bumps and scratches that affect performance, life, or appearance.

3. The surface processed by rolling, and the machining price of aerospace parts, shall not peel off after rolling.

4. There should be no oxide scale on the surface of the parts after heat treatment in the final process. Finished mating surfaces and tooth surfaces should not be annealed
