When should I use machining instead of injection molding?
Before investing in die casting mold manufacturing or mass processing, you may need to test parts that are as close as possible to production parts. In this case, CNC machining is the best choice.
In addition, engineers usually only need one or a few parts to install test fixtures, assembly fixtures or assembly fixtures. Machining is also the best choice here, but traditional mechanical workshops usually charge a lot of non-recurring engineering costs for programming and fixtures.
Such engineering fees often make it unaffordable to obtain very small quantities. The automated CNC machining process eliminates the initial engineering cost, and can provide the quantity as low as one part at an affordable price, and the part can be delivered to you within 1 day.
Die casting molding is more suitable for supporting a large number of samples for functional or market testing, bridging tools or small batch production. If you need parts to make steel tools (usually 6 to 10 weeks with other forming machines), Or your bulk demand is not enough to justify the expensive steel production tooling, we can provide production parts to meet all your requirements (up to more than 10,000 parts) within 1 to 15 days.
How many machines do you have?
At present, we have 980 square meters of factories, lathes, die-casting processing, surface treatment workshops, quality inspection machines and other manufacturing equipment, a total of 35 machines. With our long history of development, this number has been changing.
Are my parts made in China?
At present, we have already undertaken from Shenzhen | Shanghai | Suzhou | Tianjin | Chongqing | Chengdu | Guangzhou | Wuhan | Wuxi | Ningbo | Foshan | Beijing | Quanzhou | Hangzhou | Qingdao | Nanjing | Dongguan | Zhengzhou | Changsha | Nantong |Hefei|Dalian|Fuzhou|Jinan|Shenyang area business orders, all customer orders are in the production of parts.
Why do you have manufacturing plants in other countries?

What is the difference between the surface treatment technology of Greenbat Technology?
Everything we do at Greenbat Technology is dedicated to providing the fastest and highest quality prototypes and production parts in the industry. This requires the latest technology to be managed through strict process control. Our industrial-grade surface treatment equipment is the most advanced, And after strict maintenance, it shows the same performance as the new product every time it is built. Carefully arrange everything, and our well-trained staff will produce parts according to carefully formulated procedures.
What is high-end surface treatment?
Although surface treatment is the oldest of all surface technologies, it is still the gold standard for overall accuracy, surface finish and resolution. Its unique chemical formula is processed on the surface of the product through chemical agents, electricity, and machinery. After the surface is processed, various high-quality surfaces or films are formed. Make the surface of the product not easy to be oxidized, and form a beautiful surface. The material properties usually choose the product's Bozhi, the chemical treatment of the green bat, the electric treatment, the mechanical treatment, it is not easy to fall off, and the surface finish and details are unparalleled.
What is chemical surface treatment?
The process of chemical surface treatment refers to the adsorption of 2 chemical elements on the surface of the workpiece through chemical reactions. In the extracted place, the surface of the metal workpiece is made various types of beautiful and high-end appearance. Or it is to coat the metal exterior paint on the surface of the metal. Greenbat Technology uses chemical elements specially configured according to customer requirements. Main features: wear resistance, anti-oxidation, etc.
What is electric surface treatment?
Electric surface treatment constructs a variety of surface treatment methods for complex parts with flexible functions and complex geometric shapes. There are electrophoresis, gold conductivity, electroplating, anodizing, etc. These hardnesses are very effective for components with elastomer characteristics (such as gaskets, seals and housings). Electric surface treatment uses electricity to make metal workpieces react with chemical elements. The metal workpieces are immersed in the configured chemical elements, and then reacted layer by layer under the action of electricity. After the construction is complete, the support material is manually removed. This allows the part to be ready for use without post-curing.
What is mechanical surface treatment?
Metal workpieces processed by CNC processing or die-casting processing have burrs on the surface, or when a smooth or brushed surface is required by the customer, it needs to undergo mechanical surface treatment. Green Bat Technology’s mechanical surface treatment methods include grinding (to make the metal workpiece free of burrs), polishing (to make the workpiece smooth), wire drawing (to make the metal surface a silky or metallic feel), laser engraving (to make the surface of the metal workpiece form text or Pattern), silk screen (to form text on the metal surface)
What is the density of the metal parts?
The density of the metal parts of Green Bat Technology is 97%.
